Did an organization create a Checklick account for you, but you don't know the password? Unless the organization selected a specific password for you, the default password for new accounts is based on your birthdate, in the format YYYYMMDD. 

For example, if your birth date is January 31, 1999, your password would be 19990131.

If that password doesn't work, you can always reset it by clicking forgot password on the Checklick login page. Make sure you enter an email address that is affiliated with the account. You will only receive password reset instructions if the email you entered is affiliated with a Checklick profile.

You can also ask the organization that created your account to change your password for you (or tell you the password the set when they created your account).
