To reset your password, follow the steps outlined in this help article
 
If you've followed the steps in the article above, you should have received a password reset email. Since Checklick allows the use of the same email address for multiple Checklick accounts, you'll receive separate reset password emails for each of the accounts.
 
In each one of the emails, you'll receive the username for the account. Make sure you copy the username exactly as it is in
 
I have gone through the password reset steps, but I haven't received an email
  1. Try another email address. Checklick will only send you an email if the email that you entered is associated with a Checklick account. If the email you entered is not affiliated with a Checklick account, you will not receive an email.
  2. Checklick your spam folder and if the email ended up in your spam, mark the email as safe.
 
I have reset my password, but my login credentials don't work
  1. Checklick the username and ensure that it's copied exactly as it is in the password reset email that you received.
  2. If you're using a password keeper, make sure that it's up to date with your new login credentials.
 
Tip
We recommend that once you log in, simplify your username and replace any capital letters with lowercase letters, and remove any spaces.
