# Reset Password Troubleshooting
To reset your password, follow the steps outlined in [this help article](https://support.checklick.com/migration/migrated/knowledge/resetting-passwords-).
If you've followed the steps in the article above, you should have received a password reset email. Since Checklick allows the use of the same email address for multiple Checklick accounts, **you'll receive separate reset password emails for each of the accounts**.
In each one of the emails, you'll receive the username for the account. Make sure you copy the username exactly as it is in
**I have gone through the password reset steps, but I haven't received an email**
1. Try another email address. Checklick will only send you an email if the email that you entered is associated with a Checklick account. If the email you entered is not affiliated with a Checklick account, you will not receive an email.
2. Check your spam folder and if the email ended up in your spam, mark the email as safe.
**I have reset my password, but my login credentials don't work**
1. Check the username and ensure that it's copied exactly as it is in the password reset email that you received.
2. If you're using a password keeper, make sure that it's up to date with your new login credentials.
**Tip:** We recommend that once you log in, simplify your username and replace any capital letters with lowercase letters, and remove any spaces.
