Once an organization performs an evaluation on a person and award a certificate, you will be able to download and print your evaluation checklist and certificate from your Checklick account.

Here's how:

Download a checklist:

1. Log into your Checklick account (if you do not have your account credentials, go to app.checklick.com, and click on the forgot password link).
2. On the top right of your screen, click on the context menu (person icon)
3. On the right-hand side, you will see the checklists you are being evaluated on. Hover over the checklist and click on the level you would like to download the checklist for. 
4. On the evaluation page, click Download: Checklist in the top left of the black header to download a PDF of your checklist.

Download a certificate:

1. Repeat steps 1-3 above.
2. On the evaluation page, click Download: Certificate in the top left of the black header to download a PDF of your certificate. This option will only appear if you have achieved the level.

NOTE: Some organizations require an official seal to validate your certificate. Check with the organization that awarded you the certificate in order to verify whether your certificate is official or whether you need a seal.
