Have you received an email telling you that another organization has requested a licence to your checklist? Here's how to respond to that request, and to end a licence after it's been approved.

Accepting or Declining Licence Requests

When another organization requests a licence to use your checklist, you'll see a yellow number to the right of the checklist tab, on the top of your screen. You should also receive an email reminder.

To allow or deny the licence request, follow these steps:

  1. Click the Checklists tab at the top
  2. Click Manage Licences under the Checklist tab
  3. You'll see a list of all your licenses
  4. Click on Show Filters just below the search bar and select the show requested licenses option only
  5. You can choose to either allow or deny their licence requests.
  • If you allow their request, that organization will immediately be able to use your checklist to evaluate people.
  • If you deny their request, that organization will see a declined box beside your checklist when they look at their Licences table.

Ending a License or setting an expiration date

If you want to end an organization's licence to your checklist, follow these steps:

  1. On the same Checklists tab, use the filter to show
  2. Click Manage Licences under the Checklist tab
  3. Look for the licence on this page, and click the end licence link
  4. Click the Checklists tab at the top
  5. Click Manage Licences under the Checklist tab
  6. You'll see a list of all your licenses
  7. Click on Show Filters just below the search bar and select the show active licenses option only
  8. Click on remove to the right of the organization and checklist you'd like to remove the license for
  9. To set an expiration date for the license, you'll want to click on edit and set the expiration date in the expiry date field (leave it blank if you don't want to enter an expiry date)

NOTE: Ending a license won't affect a person's evaluations - they'll still remain even after a licence has ended.
