Tag Details

Did you know that tags can have details that are specific to the person the tag is applied to?

For example, your organization may have a membership number for each person. You can create a tag with name member and detail 123 (their member number). Here's how:

  • When adding a tag to a person, just separate the tag name and detail with a colon. For example, type "Member: 123", and the word Member will be saved as a tag name, and 123 will be saved as the detail.
  • You'll see the tag name and detail are formatted differently once the tag is added (the detail is in bold type). 

Tag details are limited to 50 characters.
