Viewing Evaluation Audit Logs
Audit logs track changes to evaluations for transparency. Here's how: 1. Go to the People page and click a person’s name. 2. Select the checklist and click "View History" next to a skill or level. 3. The audit log shows who made changes, when, and what was updated (e.g., skill status, notes). 4. Optionally, export logs via "Download > Evaluations" on the People page. Quick tips: * Logs are useful for resolving disputes or tracking evaluator activity. * Only managers and evaluators with access can view logs. * Logs are retained indefinitely unless the checklist is deleted.
