Sharing Checklists with External Users

You can share checklists with users outside your organization without licensing. Here's how: 1. Log into your organization account at https://app.checklick.com/. 2. Go to the Checklists tab and click "Edit" on the desired checklist. 3. Under Settings, scroll to External Sharing. 4. Enable "Share with External Users" and generate a unique sharing link. 5. Copy the link and send it to the intended recipients. 6. Click "Update Checklist". Quick tips: * External users can view but not edit the checklist. * Revoke access by disabling the sharing link in the same menu. * Track usage via the "View All Evaluations" report if evaluations are performed.
