Setting Up a Quick Order

Quick Orders allow managers to manually create orders for customers without going through the public Storefront. Here's how: 1. Go to Storefront > Transactions. 2. Click "Create Quick Order". 3. Enter the customer’s details (first name, last name, email, birthdate). 4. Select the product and sub-product offering. 5. Choose a payment method (credit card or offline: cash, cheque, e-transfer, member account). 6. If offline, confirm the order and manually collect payment later. 7. Click "Submit Order". Quick tips: * Quick Orders consume 1 offline payment credit if an offline method is chosen. * Use this for in-person registrations or special cases. * Receipts are emailed to the customer automatically.
