Recovering a Lost Account

If you can’t access your Checklick account, you can attempt recovery. Here's how: 1. Go to https://app.checklick.com/ and click "Forgot Password". 2. Enter the email address associated with your account and click "Send Reset Link". 3. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for a reset link from Checklick. 4. Follow the link to set a new password. 5. If you don’t know the email, contact the organization you’re affiliated with to verify your account details. Quick tips: * Recovery requires the correct email; multiple accounts may exist if you used different emails. * Organizations can send a password reset link via the People page. * Contact support@checklick.com if recovery fails.
