Managing Waitlist Notifications
You can notify waitlisted customers when spots open up on your Storefront. Here's how: 1. Go to Storefront > Inventory. 2. Find the product with a waitlist and click "Waitlist". 3. Select customers to notify and click "Send Notification". 4. Customize the email with details about the available spot and payment instructions. 5. Click "Send". Quick tips: * Notifications are sent via email; ensure customer email addresses are correct. * Use "Squeeze In" to manually add waitlisted customers to a product. * Track notification history in the Transactions log.
