Grouping People with Tags
Tags are a powerful way to group and organize people in your organization. For example, you can tag people by class, skill level, or membership status. Here's how to add tags to people: 1. Go to the People page. 2. Find the person you want to tag (you can use the search bar or filters). 3. Click on the person's name to open their profile. 4. In the Tags section, click on "Add Tag". 5. Enter the tag name (e.g., "Beginner Class") and click "Add". 6. The tag will be applied to the person's profile. You can add multiple tags to a single person. To remove a tag, click on the "X" next to the tag name. Using Tags for Grouping: Once you've added tags, you can use them to filter people on the People page. Click on the "Filters" button and select the tags you want to view. This will show only people with those tags. You can also download a spreadsheet of people with specific tags by selecting them on the People page and clicking "Download > Spreadsheet". Advanced Tagging: Tags can also include details, like "Member: 12345". To add a tag with details, enter "Tag Name: Detail" when adding the tag.
