What is an Affiliation?
An affiliation is established when an person joins or interacts with an organization in Checklick. This link grants the organization specific permissions to access and manage certain aspects of the person's account. Key points include:
- Automatic Creation: Affiliations are typically created automatically when you make a purchase or registration through an organization's Online Registration and Payment system (Checklick Storefront). They can also be added manually by the organization.
- Multiple Affiliations: You can be affiliated with more than one organization at a time, allowing flexibility for those involved with multiple groups (e.g., working at different ski resorts).
- Purpose: Affiliations give an organization in Checklick permission to view the person's profile, perform evaluations on that person, order histories, and communications.
A person can affiliate themselves with your organization by following these steps or you can add them to your organization if they already have a Checklick account.
