# Use the Evaluators report
## Explore evaluator activity by year, compare years, review session patterns, and export the evaluator list.
The Evaluators report summarizes who has run evaluations on your organization’s checklists and how often. Use the year selector, activity graph, breakdowns, and evaluator list to explore the data.
### Use the report
1. Open Reports and select Evaluators.
2. Choose a year from the year selector. The report updates to show data for that year.
3. Review the summary cards for active evaluators, evaluation sessions, and average sessions per evaluator.
4. Use the Active evaluators per year graph to compare activity across years. Select Compare two years if you want to view two years together.
5. Review the additional breakdowns, including evaluator demographics, sessions per evaluator, and the busiest evaluators table.
6. To download the evaluator list, select Export as CSV.
### Quick tips
- The report is compiled nightly, so the latest day’s activity may not appear until the next update.
- Check the year and data timestamp shown on the page before exporting or comparing results.
