# I'm Logged into Stripe and Need to Update My Account
Once you’re logged into your Stripe account, go to [https://dashboard.stripe.com/account/status](https://dashboard.stripe.com/account/status). Here you’ll find all the information that’s required.
**You’ve provided the uploaded information but Stripe has rejected the documents**
The best option at this point is to go through Stripe support and our suggestion is to use the callback feature. Stripe will generally call back within 3 minutes.
