# I Can’t Log into Stripe
If you can’t log into your Stripe account, we suggest going to [https://support.stripe.com/questions/trouble-signing-in](https://support.stripe.com/questions/trouble-signing-in).
**I don’t know my Stripe account email**
If you’re unsure of what your Stripe account email is, contact us at [support@checklick.com](mailto:support@checklick.com).
**What information can Checklick provide to help you log into your Stripe account?**
If you know the email address that is affiliated with the Stripe account and you’re trying to log into your Stripe account, Stripe may ask for certain information.
The following information is the information what Checklick can provide:
- Your Stripe Account Number. The account number is generally a string of letters and numbers starting with (acct\_).
- The Bank and the last 4 digits of the bank account number that is connected to your bank payouts.
- The date and amount of the last bank payout deposit.
**What is Checklick limited to in helping you update and verify your account?**
Checklick cannot log into your account for you.
**I have logged into my Stripe account. What now?**
