# How to Get Help If You Can’t Access Your Checklick Account
If you’re unable to log in to your Checklick account and need our assistance, our support team will follow a secure verification process to confirm your identity and your affiliation with any linked organizations. This is important to protect your data and ensure only authorized users regain access.
Below is the exact order of steps we will follow:
#### **1. Verify Email Ownership**
We will ask you to send an email to [**support@checklick.com**](mailto:support@checklick.com) using the same email address linked to your Checklick account.
This helps us confirm you still have access to the inbox associated with your profile.
#### **2. Provide Basic Account Information**
To further confirm your identity, we may request additional details about your Checklick account.
This information may include (but is not limited to):
- Your date of birth
- Your address
- Your phone number
These details help match you to the account we have on file.
#### **3. Confirm Your Affiliation With an Organization**
If your Checklick account is connected to an Organization, we will need documentation or confirmation to verify your role.
##### **For Managers or Evaluators:**
We will request confirmation from a **board member or official leader** of your organization stating that:
- You are affiliated with the organization
- Your role (Manager, Evaluator, etc.) is valid and active
##### **For Students:**
We will request confirmation from a **Manager or board member** of any organization you are affiliated with, confirming your ongoing involvement.
